Podcast Launch - "The Art of Inclusion"

The Art of Inclusion is a series of Podcasts produced by the Diversity Council Australia, the independent not-for-profit peak body leading diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In the current edition, titled Sorry Business, I talk about the impact of death on Aboriginal communities and the cultural protocols that may impact on Indigenous employees in the workplace. While death is a part of human life, the tragedy of deaths among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is that they happen too frequently and too soon. Aboriginal communities experience poorer life outcomes and suicide rates are six times greater compared to the wider Australian community.
